Making fajita seasoning is a lot easier than you might think. You probably already have all the ingredients you need.

Our fajita seasoning mix recipe is our go-to for perfect authentic fajitas. Whether it’s beef, chicken, shrimp, or a combination, the flavors come out delicious every time. For an extra special treat, try a combination of beef, pork, chicken, and Mexican chorizo.

You can easily multiply the recipe and keep a jar of it on hand.

The recipe is easily adjustable, though the final flavors may vary. If you don’t have smoked paprika on hand, omit it and double the “regular” paprika. You can also adjust the amount of cayenne pepper to your taste. If you don’t have cayenne pepper on hand or wish to omit it altogether, try replacing it with fresh ground pepper.

Be sure to use fresh ingredients from the local meat, fish, and farmers markets. We’re sure you’ll love our fajita seasoning mix. Please let us know how your fajitas turned out in the comments below!
